  • Sessions are billed monthly, what if I don't use all of my sessions?

  • No worries! Clients are given a 1-month rollover period to use any remaining sessions from the previous month's payment.

  • Ex. You purchase x8 sessions for January, but were only able to train x6 times -- you're able to makeup those x2 sessions anytime in February, BUT they do expire on the last day of February.                                

  • The pricing listed above reflects PT sessions completed at Client's gym; if you're willing to train at my studio in 77080, pricing will be lower.      See this link for pricing.                            

  • Am I locked into a contract?

  • Nope, you can cancel anytime before the next month's payment, no charge. However, once a monthly payment has been processed, there are no refunds, so be sure to cancel by the end of the current month.          

  • Why are training sessions and coaching services billed monthly?

  • Additional accountability -- getting fit, losing fat, and obtaining a healthier lifestyle are time sensitive. When clients feel or see progress within the first 4- 8 weeks, they feel encouraged and are SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to sustain their progress. Monthly billings provide a financial incentive to complete all training sessions and increases the likelihood that weekly lifestyle goals are accomplished, bringing about ultimate success!          

  • What payment methods are acceptable?

  • Venmo or Zelle are preferred, but credit card is also acceptable for a 2.5% proccessing fee.
